Mike Gorrasi brings over two decades of dynamic leadership experience in Minor League Baseball, where he spearheaded front office teams across the nation. In his role, he assumed the reins of overall business success and profitability, overseeing staff development, business expansion, fiscal management, and community engagement.

Through his strategic and customer-centric approach, Mike achieved remarkable milestones, setting six franchise attendance records, and earning prestigious awards such as Organization of the Year (2010 and 2011) and Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year (2008, 2017). He was also the recipient of distinguished honors such as the Community Service Award and Executive of the Year (2010 and 2011). Mike’s impactful leadership and mentorship have seen seven (7) former team members rise to the position of General Manager in professional baseball.
